Kevin H. Pressley, 24, is accused of exposing the semi-conscious woman's breasts and taking photos of her as he was with her in the back of an ambulance around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25 on the 4800 block of Edgmont Avenue in Brookhaven, local police said.

The victim was being treated at a medical facility in Brookhaven when 911 was called. She was then taken to an area hospital in an ambulance to receive additional care, police said.

It was during that transport, that the incident allegedly occurred.

Pressley, of Philadelphia, worked with the Brookhaven Fire Company Ambulance at the time, authorities said.

Pressley was arrested Saturday, Aug. 27. He has been charged with indecent assault, invasion of privacy, and other related offenses.

He remains held in the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Pressley worked for other medical providers in the past and police are asking any other potential victims to contact the police department at 610-876-6142.
